This week’s Special Edition of the On-Air Advocate welcomes, Sarah Hardison, LPC, BCBA, Licensed Behavior Analyst.

Sarah works with individuals of all ages with behavioral challenges and/or significant skill deficits.  The goal of treatment is to identify the function of problem behavior so that alternative, more appropriate behaviors can be taught to replace them.  Sarah works directly with individuals as well as conducts direct trainings of their support networks (parents, teachers, respite providers, etc…) so that consistency is achieved and success is maximized across environments.
